I went to get coffee today, as I do every single day, but the debit was down (with no sign put up) and I had no cash. I was surprised to be utterly turned away empty handed. If it was my own store, I would have given the coffee for free since it was a regular customer. I offered to pay later too as an option. The customer service is incredibly disappointing. I can hardly believe it. It would not have been a huge loss. I'm glad it's not my only option for coffee.
