We stopped at the subway in Montague around 7:00 pm. The staff person, I think it was Ravi Anne but could be wrong , was great. However I felt she was put into a very unreasonable situation. She was the only person working the restaurant and drive thru. Luckily the customers waiting, while she served drive thru at the same time as the restaurant, were patient. If they hadn’t been she could have been dealing with annoyed people when the situation was totally out of her control. I understand there are times when restaurants are short staffed but close the drive thru to make it reasonable for the person working.

I am one of your regular customers who usually comes during the dinner hour. However most of the times I had a pleasant experience with all the employees but tonight the thing I saw was both inappropriate and rude. There was a boy and a girl who were working tonight the boy was hospitable and kind and gave me a nice customer service experience. How ever the girl who was working there was hostile to me and she was absolutely rude to her coworkers while he was serving me. Please kindly note that having a nice customer service in an essential part of sustaining a business.

Just came in the girl working in subway using same gloves with meat and with veggie i dont eat meat i am allergic to meat still she didnt changed the gloves even i told her poor service irwin should look into this

Last time going to subway. You guys keep raising your prices, but having my sub made with 3 or 4 pieces of each veggie when I normally can fill my sub and have a meal is outrageous. Last time I'll tip anywhere before receiving food neither. You never know what your going to get in a drive thru. I'll end up having to go home and cook tonight after spending 17 and change on a sub. Thanks

Asked what our Subway Gift card balance was, the girl flat out LIED to my Dad and said it was EMPTY. My Dad said "that's not right, there's about 6 dollars on it". Then it "worked" ONLY AFTER HE SAID THAT. Also I was waiting to pay with a big lineup behind me. The girl is talking to a man across from me in another language at the front door, for quite some time. This was after he brought them in TIM HORTONS coffees and handed it over the counter to Subway staff. It made me think "their coffee must not be good". The sub however tasted really good. This experience was bad though. They lied to us about the gift card balance. Check it yourself on their app/website, don't rely on somebodys honesty, since I have witnessed dishonesty here. I expected more from them. Also staff was rude to have me standing at the checkout that long (ready to pay) with a big lineup behind me, for a random conversation with a friend at the front door.

Hi the worst guest services in my life i came on 20 april to get feet long sub with veg patty the guy was so rude and when i asked for sauces it seemed that he was frustrated.i do not recommend to any one plz do not try subway montague . Last but not least i asked thanks he never replied me .
