We stopped at the subway in Montague around 7:00 pm. The staff person, I think it was Ravi Anne but could be wrong , was great. However I felt she was put into a very unreasonable situation. She was the only person working the restaurant and drive thru. Luckily the customers waiting, while she served drive thru at the same time as the restaurant, were patient. If they hadn’t been she could have been dealing with annoyed people when the situation was totally out of her control....
This spot always attract me to get my food for several reasons. Firstly, fresh ingredients. Secondly, customer service and lastly, speed of service is excellent. I have seen a thin guy and little tall made my sandwich very fast I have never seen anybody making my sandwich in this speed. Perfect place to get sandwiches.
Its a decent spot, but its not perfect. If they make a mistake on your order, you will have to drive all the way back to the store sometimes because some staff members don't answer the phone and assist you. Also, they don't have some options they've advertised they do, and thats not a big deal to me because I dont eat anything but a Cold Cut.
