Its a great place most the time, but the last month or so has gone down hill, workers straight up ignore you at times, including cutting you in line to conserve their breaks. They play it off like they are just saying something right quick, and its a worker so you let them cut infront even though your standing at the cashier, and they put in an order and pay right as yours is being taken!, theres a few been working there awhile and their great, but these new people just straight up treat you like a lesser person when your their lately.. im heading TO work, my orders equally important.

They are well oil machine. Everybody seems to know what everybody else is doing. Food is always consistent and good. The team seems to be very friendly with all customers and co-workers.

Witnessed a girl serving coffees drop a empty cup on the dirty floor, to only put it back in their dispenser for someone else! I saw it, and it was disturbing. I didn't have my coffee yet and just said Ugh do I feel like calling this person out right now? So I didn't, but I am leaving this review.
They made me a "Roast Beef Craveable" that was very BURNT. The only time I had to send one of those back at a Tim Hortons. They were very stingy with the Roast Beef, unlike other locations. Then they give it to me on a different sub bun, I said heck with it. There was also waaay too much sauce on it, it was actually gross.
Usually Roast Beef Craveables are delicious, but not here. I will say there was one man on staff that was very respectful, and a great employee. However you should tell that girl working (blonde) if she drops a cup on the dirty floor, THROW IT OUT. Don't serve it to the next customer.
