Witnessed a girl serving coffees drop a empty cup on the dirty floor, to only put it back in their dispenser for someone else! I saw it, and it was disturbing. I didn't have my coffee yet and just said Ugh do I feel like calling this person out right now? So I didn't, but I am leaving this review.
They made me a "Roast Beef Craveable" that was very BURNT. The only time I had to send one of those back at a Tim Hortons. They were very stingy with the Roast Beef, unlike other locations. Then they give it to me on a different sub bun, I said heck with it. There was also waaay too much sauce on it, it was actually gross.
Usually Roast Beef Craveables are delicious, but not here. I will say there was one man on staff that was very respectful, and a great employee. However you should tell that girl working (blonde) if she drops a cup on the dirty floor, THROW IT OUT. Don't serve it to the next customer.

Quiet place ... great ppl fast service .... small portions for food and the live band wasnt bad but a little loud . Great rooms and lots to do . A must place to stay in pei!

If your going to say open 24 hours you I should imply drive thru only after certain time I know they have served in the drive thru before with ppl on foot which is a safety concern but these are the risks you take to get a ham sandwich, I just miss the old days of customer service

Took my Dad here for the first time after many years of telling him this was the best and the staff did not disappoint us. He is now a huge fan also.
We went in ,usually only go drive through, very nice change nice to see more people getting out to socialize in small groups.very uplifting .
Parking: Parking shared with Tim Hortons so depending on time of day the availability of close parking can be challenging, also be aware of the drive through lanes and their direction and proximity to parking spaces

Used to drink tims coffee everyday but have moved to Robin's donuts for over a year tims coffee has been rank and there donuts might as well be mini donuts from McDonald's and there bagels half toasted so Robin's donut has nice coffee and and good donut not a mini donut.
