Wow! Pedro’s was absolutely amazing. By far the best meal we had on this beautiful island. Portuguese flare on the finest seafood available. Wish it wasn’t our last night here because we would love to go again tomorrow. Make sure you call ahead for a table
Had the salmon linguine alfredo, it was good. IMO alfredo should be sauce, not soup, and this was too much on the soupy side for my liking. The salmon on top was great, but the salmon pieces inside the pasta weren't as good. I'm not sure if it was a different type of salmon or they were simply cooked more. Just having the salmon on top, rather than in the sauce, might have been...
