My experience at this branch of Tim Hortons was indeed according to the signiture customer care I have become accustomed to receiving at one of my favorite fast food stores in Canada. Great service, good food, affordable prices and a place where elderly Canadians sit and enjoy conversations over a meal.

Ordered a hot chocolate and instead got a cup of boiling water. No mix, no flavor, just liquid fire in a cup. Nearly burned my mouth before realizing there wasn’t even a hint of chocolate. If I wanted to sip plain water from a kettle, I could’ve done that at home for free. Easily the worst Tim Hortons experience I’ve had.

I used drive through service, very poor customer service, they don’t know deals, I know you’re one of the staff(R…) so rude. Need to teach them how to deal with customer. Totally disappointed.

Went to Tim Hortons Cavendish. Amanda, April & Fergie are in the Drive Thru. Friendliest & Fast service I had. The order was taken accurately. The crew on that day Was amazing!

I went to visit PEI for the first time this week and this Tim hortons was the highlight of our trip! Amazing staff, amazing food and the best customer service we have ever gotten!! Highly recommend coming to this restaurant!
