“What more can I say than WOW. We arrived unexpectedly because we decided last minute to have dinner at Souris rather than return to Charlottetown. We didn't have a reservation (First tip: make sure you have one), but the friendly hostess managed to squeeze us in. Our starter was a mixture of crab and lobster with old cheddar in cream cheese served with PEI chips, a real delight. As main dish, My wife chose the Portuguese fish and chips and for me a braised salmon with shrimps. Both dishes were simply divine. So tip number two, if you're passing through Souris, you really must try this restarant and tip number 3, don't forget tip number 1 so you don't miss out on this gastronomic experience.“
