“The biggest way to see the true nature of a place is how they handle a complaint, and let me tell you Fortune Harbor handled my complaint in a professional manner , it wasn't overly big its just when I order chicken fingers I hate it when they soak in gravy, and that is all that happened, but when I got my new order everything was individually done to perfection, you could tell they care, that was so awesome, thank you all, the fingers were crispy and the fries were perfect and the gravy amazing. We are lucky Fortune has a diner like yours.“
