it was pretty bad, we had chicken fingers and fish & chips. fish was frozen and was 2/3 batter, greasy deep fried. my friend got the chicken strips and he was also not impressed. ate there 15 years ago, my dad didnt like it but i was too young to care. old man was right. prices were pretty high for that level of food too. wont be back wish you the best

Fish from McCain?! No way it's hand battered. The batter was dense not light and fluffy not to mention it was way over cooked. I get a hundred times better fish and chips in Toronto, never mind the east coast! AVOID the fish and chips like the plague.

I went there back in September & the food prices were so expensive I couldn’t believe it! 20 dollars for 1 bacon cheeseburger I know I can get a box of hamburgers for 9 & a bag of fries for 3 dollars at the time I was hungry I was on my lunch break & only get a 30! The owners were very disrespectful as well & I will not be returning to Shirley’s ever again!! 😡😡😡😡

I’m a tourist visiting PEI. Forget the other places, the food at Shirley’s is just incredible! My wife said her burger was fantastic. I had a Classic Hotdog. Honestly, it was the best hotdog I’ve ever had. Just try one! Kudos to Shirley’s Snack Bar!

This place draws a crowd, service is quick, people are polite, they run a great ship here. My husband loves a hot dog combo with fries. Keep in mind it's CASH only. As we have gone and forgotten that. Main St has a bank if needed.The icecream here is great, many flavors to choose

Be mindful that they are cash only, make sure to take some change with you.Massive variety of ice cream flavors and other desserts. Hearty (but greasy) foods that will hit the spot if you're looking for some comfort food.Nice view of the harbor, and a short drive from Basin Head and other beaches nearby.
