I’m a tourist visiting PEI. Forget the other places, the food at Shirley’s is just incredible! My wife said her burger was fantastic. I had a Classic Hotdog. Honestly, it was the best hotdog I’ve ever had. Just try one! Kudos to Shirley’s Snack Bar!
This place draws a crowd, service is quick, people are polite, they run a great ship here. My husband loves a hot dog combo with fries. Keep in mind it's CASH only. As we have gone and forgotten that. Main St has a bank if needed.The icecream here is great, many flavors to choose
The best dairy bar to visit on the east end of the island after a hot day at the beach!! Be mindful that they are cash only, make sure to take some change with you.Massive variety of ice cream flavors and other desserts. Hearty (but greasy) foods that will hit the spot if you're looking for some comfort food.Nice view of the harbor, and a short drive from Basin Head and other beaches nearby.
