I went here to order coffee and and a wrap, food was good, service was fast and efficient, however the person working the microphone for the drive-thru was quite short with me if not outright impatient and a little disrespectful.

Ordered some bagels from this location and each time they spread the cream cheese on the bagels like it's coming out of their pay. It shouldn't be so thin that I can see the bagel below it.

Great service! The staff was very kind and order was ready when we pulled up at the drive-thru window. The only hiccup is it’s a double drive-thru, but there are no lines painted on the ground guiding you, but that is very minimal in my view.

It was not a good experience. I was waiting for over 10 minutes for my drink. Staff were not watching the orders, they preferred chatting with their friends instead of the server.
They will get your order wrong 99% if the time. Even if it’s just a simple tea or a wrap. They are rude and disrespectful, disorganized and just plain awful to go to. You are better off going to Robins where they actually take the time to take your order, the food is made correctly and they are polite.
