I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons in Souris on November 8, 2025, around 4:30 PM. We ordered a cilantro veg bowl, iced cap, and a few other items. The staff member preparing our order was distracted, talking rudely with her colleagues, and ended up making a cilantro wrap instead of the bowl shown correctly on the screen. When we pointed it out, she tossed the wrap on the counter and said she’d replace it, without any apology or courtesy.
After waiting another 5 minutes, we received the correct order, but the bowl was poorly made — it was full of large, unchopped lettuce leaves. When we showed it to her, she argued instead of apologizing, saying we needed more rice, even though we didn’t order a lettuce bowl. Her attitude was very rude and unprofessional throughout the experience.
We ended up wasting around 45 minutes for a small order, which was frustrating since we had traveled from Charlottetown. Overall, it was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons.
