Took 30 minutes to get a quarter pounder and a sprite. When it came the sprite was flat and warm. They were very rude and were not doing any work. I am fed up with this dons. LETS GO WENDYS!!

I stopped coming to this location because 4 times in a row i ordered and paid for double big mac and recieved single big mac. My first visit back in 6 years, I ordered a double quarter pounder, just the burger. I wanted a big mac but didn't want to confuse the staff, the big mac does have 4 patties and that can be a difficult task for some people, but with macdouble being on the menu i thought this was childs play for the technician who was responsible for burgers. I was wrong. For the fifth consecutive time, i paid for a double and recieved a single. And i can confidently say Canada's fast food industry is just going to get worse with the workers that are being exploited.

Every time I come in here, there is a absolutely terrible amount of flys, and the staff can be disrespectful, I ordered a burger with a friend and the whole bottom was covered in flour, and when we came in after going outside for a moment, we can back in and the food was put in a corner and hidden, when told, they gave us attitude, the service is better at night.

Stopped for a quick bite at the curbside delivery because we had our dogs and were in a hurry while travelling. Had to walk into store and ask for my food we waited so long. The food was cold and soggy, the milkshake was warm though. We were on the road again so didn’t bother going back with it.

We went through the drive thru this morning to get what we thought was a simple order. It was a blueberry muffin, a medium Diet Coke and a medium iced coffee. Simple.The girl that took the order repeated our order clearly and concisely. We arrived at the payment window, and the order is not there. He motions us on to the next window to discover that the gentleman ahead of us was charged with ours, and he was then recharged for his order. We arrive at the next window to pay and get our order. We get handed a muffin and was pretty much led to believe we weren’t getting anything more. We asked about our drinks, and it was suddenly like they had no idea what we were talking about. They thought we paid at the previous window, but we were honest and said we hadn’t. At this point, there were 3 women at the cash trying to figure it out. Then the debit machine came out the window wanting to charge us 2 dollars more than we were told at the drive thru. At this point ( easily 8 minutes) from the time we ordered, we gave them back the muffin and told them we no longer wanted the order. I don’t usually write poor reviews, but honestly the Stratford McDonalds needs to get their act together. This is not the first time we’ve had issues, and I’ve heard from several other people that the service here is awful with the mixups.
Tue worst macdonalds I've every been to. Never correct orders. Or the soda machine is empty and it's like flavoured water.

There was an employee with hijab she was so rude and walking and jumping around the store. She really didn’t wanna serve me and I asked her for a straw for my drinks and she was like “maybe I guess so” and she threw my drink as if like she didn’t wanna serve yeah exactly if u don’t wanna serve customers sit back at home. Such things can really ruin a persons good day

Lazy service. Always forgetting my drink when I go in to order and I end waiting 10 minutes for a fountain drink because nobody is paying attention. Food is usually always cold as well

I asked for something that was listed on the menu and the guy on the speaker gave one word answers and was incredibly rude. I stayed polite and ended up saying thanks I’ll go somewhere else. The guy with his incredible level of intelligence decided it would be smart to stick their tongue out at me when I drove by. Who hires these people? This person should be out of a job.
Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Drove to the one in Charlottetown and dealt with people who actually knew what they were doing.
