Constantly not able to make pick up orders online or over the phone. Either they don't answer the phone all together or refund your online order. Staff and management can be extremely unfriendly at times when approached with getting the wrong order. Foods great when it's sent out and packaged correctly. Was a a weekly customer for years.

Went in the other day with my family. Walking in both workers at front were super friendly and inviting(Lauren and Emily). I got the pulled pork tacos, same with my son. My wife ordered the Mac and Cheese with taco beef and she had nothing but great things to say about it, as did my son and I about the tacos, the aoli was to die for aswell. Our server Emily checked up on us multiple times throughout our supper and made sure we had everything we needed. I have nothing but kind words to say about this restaurant, would recommend to anyone 100/10!

05•25•2025 Small restaurant, very busy, decent size menu. They had run out of the ½ chicken dinner, which we understand, it happens. Food was ok, nothing special. my husband ordered a couple of refills on his iced tea, and the last one, either they watered it down or they should have changed the tank because it had no flavour at all

Tks Phinleys, for now having a dog friendly patio. I enjoyed a lovely meal here today (with my pup). Yummy beet salad!! I've always been a fan of this restaurant and today didn't disappoint!!

I had the mixed breakfast and asked for bacon, but I received ham, no biggy. I returned the following week and had pan fried haddock dinner and it was delicious.

From the begging the server messed up our drinks and they tasted like cheap tap water with disgusting after taste.
Next, she even did not bring us the food ( she was chatting with someone behind us ). A different girl brought us the food which was messed up, once again.
Requested burger with NO TOMATO. Did not happen. Burger had tomato on it.
Fish and Chips completely tasteless. Last time salty, this time absolutely nothing.
We fished food before our server stopped chatting behind us. We have not seen her for at least 30 min. So no refills offered or no check up made. Nothing.
We could hear the entire conversation like she was saying that she is happy that owner and manager just left and etc.
Only after we were done, she check up and we just asked for a bill.

The worst burger love my self and my co worker have tried to date. The pineapple puree or whatever it was was absolutely disgusting. One side of the burger was really dry while the other was soggy. DON’T GET THE BURGER LOVE.
