Spicey Chef Stratford - Indian Restaurant

I ordered off door dash only to be disappointed by the quality of my order. My order was butter chicken with white rice on the side, and also included two orders of garlic nan bread. when getting my order from door dash, the food came with no napkins let alone utensils, and flimsy containers that weren't suited for the butter chicken. When actually getting to the food i was disappointed with the butter chicken as it was very watery, and even more disappointed with the garlic nan bread as it was burnt and no longer soft making it feel old and stale, clearly reheated. all of this was a big disappointment because the location in town has so much better quality of food. with the same delivery service

I ordered take out, never again.. As I was waiting I looked around and noted how dirty the place is. My first time here and absolutely last. I worried about behind the scenes. I was hesitant on eating the food I had just ordered. Never again

I ordered food through skip the dishes, I got my food 90 mins later, the restaurant took 80 mins to prepare the food. The portions were tiny, essentially for $90 the 3 meals could barely feed two people. And the worst part was, everything was super salty, had us drink water all night. Very disappointed!!!

Portion sizes were really big couldn't finish it all shared among 3 of us. Staff was really nice, food was amazing. Would definitely return.

TASTELESS

OMG. The fish pakora here is SO GOOD. We also ordered the non veg mixed tandoori grill, chicken biryani and naan bread. The chicken biryani was delicious and the naan bread was phenomenal but the fried fish in the non veg mixed tandoori grill was SOOO good it was perfectly cooked (ie not overcooked like most places) battered and seasoned - crispy on the outside and so soft and flaky in the inside.

We will definitely be coming back!

I ordered paneer paratha and worst paneer paratha I ever had. It was too salty and it was served really late.

I went there with my family and i had such a bad experience . Even the lady on the counter she don’t know how to satisfy customer. She is so rude . The food was worst . Won’t go back again … and will not recommend to anyone else…

We were in PEI for a conference and had a group of 15+ people. We were craving some Hakka food and this place was amazing. The were able to host our large group on short notice. The service and staff were great. The food was amazing.
Everything we ordered was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!
