I usually only use the drive thru and it's almost always to pick coffee up for my hubby. However, there are times when I go and get breakfast for the household as a treat. Always have good service and they are attentive in terms of the order I place as my youngest doesn't like cheese on his breakfast sandwich.

I ordered through my mobile app medium double double but still you have to wait for your order in a line . It happened two times first time they said there is no mobile order and i was getting late i paid again . Today second time i didnt get my morning coffee!! :( :(

I like the staff at Tim's and Petro. Very friendly and get my coffee and orders right 90% of the time. If they don't I just give back and they replace it. But that's a rare occurrence. My go to Tim's always.

I ordered two wraps and two cups of coffee, but I couldn't hold them with two hands; and then I found out that I was only given a tissue. Is this considered a single person dining? The service is a bit poor and should be more attentive.

The bagels are always a mess - cold and giant globs of cream cheese everywhere even on the outside of the bag. My breakfast wrap had no egg on it, they need to slow down and not time the drive thru
