A&W is my go to fast food restaurant. I am normally very pleased with the food and service, knowing of course that I am at a fast food restaurant. Today's breakfast experience was different. #1 After scanning an online offer from the App, the full charge was still showing. I mentioned it again, and the worker told me that it was correct and told me the full price amount again. I showed her the price it should be and she adjusted it without issue. Then my food arrived. A simple Classic bacon and egg with toast. The toast came very burnt. I ordered the eggs over medium it come very over easy. It was flipped but the yoke was very running with still uncooked whites. I was surprised at my experience today as it was not normal for this location.

Don’t bother going anywhere near quitting time. Rolled up to the speaker and the worker started with “we close in 15 minutes” in a rude manner, then proceeded to say their grill was clean and they wouldn’t be providing anything that wasn’t already cooked. Sorry, it’s not your customers’ problem you decided to shut everything down too early.

They got rid of the root beer floats but the root beer is crisp.
Got an egg sandwich ate half before I noticed that the other half of the egg was green got my money back, I don't think the waitress wanted to be there sounded like a robot no smiles then I went into the men's bathroom and the smell of urine would make you sick sure went down hill since the last time I was there.

I went on drive thru and girl talking she speak unclearly and i dont know what shes talking about i need to repeat it to understand so very lazy to speak well at drive thru. They dont give me catsup and tissue. I ordered Mama burger combo Ilike the food btw but the girl on drive thru no shes not good on talking on speaker

Just went through the drive thru and ordered the all canadian breakfast with a medium coffee the 2 sausage links were cold, the bread was soggy and then to take a bite of my egg to find a long white hair. I am absolutely disgusted and feel sick to my stomach.

i went to A&W, tried vegetarian combos, taste was good but it dining was so messy as tables we sat on we had to clean that to sit there and floors had pops spilled everywhere for instance the staff was rude as maybe it was getting busy. Hope it was helpful.

Shame on the owner for trying to save a couple dollars on Canada Day. 2 People working 1 cook 1 doing everyhthing else. No tables clean inside and Girl working to busy. Running food for drive thru. Wonder if she will even get a break
