It was my brother's birthday and he wanted to try his favorite roll. The fire roll. They said they were out of that one which we understood as it tends to happen in high traffic establishments. We decided to go with a different roll, this time we requested cream cheese in it. They refused. I suggested that they could have it on the side and that'd be fine as a compromise. They refused. Our last resort was the caterpillar roll but they refused that one as well due to it needing too much avocado (why is it on the menu). We left without eating anything.

We came to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Almost every dish we tried to order was unavailable, even though they were listed on the menu. The waitress was so polite and clearly embarrassed, but it was obvious the issue was poor management, not the staff.
We also asked for a simple addition of cream cheese to our roll, and were told they don’t do that — which seemed unreasonable for a restaurant of this type. After several failed attempts to order, we ended up leaving without having anything to eat.
We decided to go to Tabali Restaurant instead, and the difference was night and day, great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. We left very satisfied and highly recommend Tabali to anyone looking for a better dining experience.

Tried calling twice to place an order around 7:45 - no answer. So I drive down to place the order in person. Get there at around 8:05pm (still 25 minutes until closing), only to be told they aren’t taking orders. Not sure why, because the place looked almost totally empty. You should update your hours if you aren’t actually open until 8:30pm.

Very poor service, unclean, if you want sushi you’re better off driving to ch’town and back.
After we had reservations, we sat down and ordered. 10 minutes later the waitress came and informed us it would be at least a one and a half hour wait for our food. Looked overpriced anyways

I came from Toronto and was surprised to see so many asian restaurants in the block in summerside. So far this is far the best one.
I came to this restaurant twice. Each time, the quality of the foods were top notched. I could tell from deep fried vegetables that oil that was used was new and they cooked it just before serving.
I was also amazed at the cut of the sashimi and the freshness of the meat.
Atmosphere and plating is done superb. Not only that the price is very friendly. 👍
Just ate here for lunch, ordered some gyoza and a spicy combo, which comes with miso.
Miso was underwhelming - tasted freezer burnt. Rolls would have been decent (albeit drenched in a too-thick sauce) had I not found a hair in one of them.
Server did not check on me once, and when I brought it to her attention and gave her the food back, she silently went to the cook for a moment before bringing me the bill at the counter - unaltered - and didn't say a word.
Looking into the kitchen, none of the staff were wearing hairnets.
The menu had green painters tape all over it with updated prices, and a notice at the back saying they didn't have a liquor license anymore.
I will say the booths are nice, so I'll give them a star for that I guess.

Arigato is always my family's favourite spot. We love sushi and bento there. But I will never come back as we are arranged seated 1 hour 15 mins before closing hour. We are asked to leave after food ordering because kitchen is full and cannot accept anymore.
Never come across be asked to leave a restaurant after sit down for more than 10 mins. service staff explained that she mis understand and there are many take out orders.
They better to change to a take out only restaurant because last time I was also refused when we arrive at around 1 hour before closing.
