Dairy Queen Grill and Chill

Went thru drive thru today and ordered an original cheeseburger with fries and a pepsi, and 2 for 6 cheeseburgers and a diet pepsi. repeated the order twice and again at the window because it seemed she was'nt getting it. Got the pop a double cheese burger and one cheeseburger. My first and last visit.

I had the chicken burger combo at Dairy Queen, and it was absolutely delicious – crispy, juicy, and full of flavor! I also treated myself to a sundae, and it was the perfect sweet ending. Great food and great service – highly recommend!

Very poor management. Other employees do their job just fine but managers verbally attack employees and make up lies when complaints are made.

I just love the fact that Summerside finally has a Dairy Queen again after 12 years. Food is great, prices are reasonable and staff are friendly. My only complaint is the long wait times, but it is worth it with the quality of food and service here. Definitely rate this establishment 5 stars and recommend it to everyone.

Glad DQ is back but a bit disappointed that some of the food was stale... particularly the burger patties, onion rings, and fries. The Charlottetown location always has fresh hot food, this location needs to meet them at that level. I hope it's just because they recently opened and are so busy, but this needs to change. I will give a higher review if this changes for the better.

It's definitely worth the wait. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff was so helpful even under such great pressure with the lineup out onto the road from the drive-through. Definitely, we'll be going back.

Always loved Dairy Queen. I like the burgers the fries. I find their fountain pop really great. I don't like drinking a lot of pop.So when I say that I really mean it, it doesn't taste like fountain pop. It tastes like a regular pop. It's great, and the service I've had with them has been nothing short of amazing. I bought a few ice cream cakes from them so far since they opened and 1 day. I really like the whipped cream on it, and I just said, "Can I please have one with?" Just a little bit more whipped cream, like, can you pick me out a cake that has already just a little bit more, and they thought, and then could you put more whipped cream on it? And they went to town and I was in heaven. It was glorious, and the lady who brought it out was so nice and again. They accommodated me because I bought another one. They ran out of cakes it's just been a mad house since they opened and they were starting to make them again, and I just happened to be there after they made the first one, and then they threw on 4 more rows of with cream without me, even asking. And it was great, and I find their meal deals, perfect, and if you get the app, there's always some kind of deal. But I find that the $8 cheeseburger deal or the chicken strip basket for $9 is amazing. You get a Sunday with the cheeseburger, but not with the chicken strip, and the Sunday for me with the burger is great, and I find it's like a perfect amount of fries with them. A lot of places put way too much. They get cold and taste like crap. These guys put just enough that it feels like you're completely filled, and there's just enough salt, and it's not too much or overbearing, it's honestly crazy how they know how much to put in a fry box and you can obviously get more sizes. But I find the whole $8 meal deal, perfect and blizzards, always a fun treat. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to go, and I've had nothing like I said but amazing service.
If someone complains, they're looking for something to complain about, because seriously, I've been in there probably 7 times since they opened an A++ For service, great working team, fast, efficient, love it!! 20/10!!!!! Love it!¡!!

Parking: There's a few other things on the menu. That I would recommend that's not up there for recommendations, especially ice cream cakes. There's nothing better than a Dairy Queen ice cream cake. Nothing nothing beats it for cake. They're the best. An original Dairy Queen ice cream cake. Amazing. And some of the other blizzards, ice cream slush, double bacon. Cheeseburger, there's a lot of stuff. That's just really good onion. Rings really good and not an arm in a leg, like some places, for example, a and w where they charred.You basically a dollar per onion ring seven dollars, seven onion rings

Kid-friendliness: It's not designed kid friendly, but it's definitely kid friendly. The there's nothing about it that screams out. This is not good for kids. It's a good atmosphere. It's very bright and colorful. It has very cool little tiny features, like if you go through the drive through, they have a spoon that puts out the A. TM if you get more than One ice cream cone, they have a waffle flipper that you can put ice cream cones in and then hand them over to the person and they can take them. It's pretty cool. They have these little things that just add on the perfect touches, 👌

Wheelchair accessibility: I definitely know there's the pavement to sidewalk. Indentation, and then there's the buttons for the doors to open and there's handicap seating and parking

I went to Dairy queen this evening and got a small mint oreo blizzard and a small fudge sundae. i was quite disappointed in the sundae as i felt the portion size and fudge amount was not worth the 3.99+tax i paid for it
