Dairy Queen Grill and Chill

While my order was hot and fresh and the service i received at the drive-thru was good. I was not pleased with the portion size I was given for the price I paid. 4 PC chicken strip and fries for 14$. Very small pieces of chicken and a small handful of fries tossed in.

We bought an ice cream cake and asked to write a name on it. The young lady did a great job and we appreciated some sweet touch she did!
We always liked Daily Queen's ice cream cakes and now we don't have to go to Charlottetown store as we can get them in Summerside.

Ordered hot fudge milkshake and it tasted just like regular bottled milk in frozen form. Honestly, I’d buy ADL’s chocolate milk anytime over this. Won’t be back.

Double bacon cheeseburger was tasteless. I tasted ketchup. First time I've ever eaten food from DQ. Fries were raw. Save your money Summerside.

Way to go, you just sold a completely PINK chicken burger to a pregnant lady - absolutely pathetic excuse for a restaurant whose staff was clearly rushing orders that can hurt people so they can close faster.

Uncooked food, poor management and long wait. Me and my girlfriend went to the Dairy Queen in lunch break yesterday and ordered through drive thru. Ordered chicken strip which were undercooked and raw inside and fries were soggy. i went to talk to manager inside the store and saw manager/supervisor shouting at employees instead of getting things under control and serving customers what they deserve. Manager was not even cooperative and just made excuses instead of taking ownership even when I showed the food.
I had an angry girlfriend and no food.
Definitely not worth the money and wait. Our lunch break was ruined.

I loved the food and Blizzard😋. I have also ordered the Cake and it was so delicious and wonderful. DO NOT fall into negative review, its totally different experience. The staff has been so friendly, attentive and welcoming. The Burger was hot and juicy, and The Blizzard was creamy and flavorful. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen for their excellent service and delicious food
