We had planned to eat at one of the restaurants here but they all were closed. Seems like alot of stuff on thr east coast shuts down at the end of Sept. Bit disappointed but lead to finding a meal at another great location. We did walk around and enjoyed the walk on the boardwalk.
Went on their last day before closing for the season. Staff were kind, the patio has nice views. We ordered the seafood chowder and fish & chips and the chowder was very milky tasting which is for the lower review. The fish & chips were excellent though! Perfect batter ratio breading to fish and not soggy. Their spin on a tartar sauce was my favourite. We also ordered mussels and they were cold and we picked out about 5 mussels whose shell did not open at all/couldn’t...
We were leary after reading the reviews but were pleasantly surprised. Both the clam dinner and maple salmon were delicious! Too many fries but they were really good too. Nice atmosphere watching the sunset. Service pleasant and friendly. Enjoyed our dinner!
