I wanted the hot chicken but it was going to be made with chicken strips...WHAT? So I ordered the chicken burger. Guess what? It was 2 small chicken strips( dark pressed meat). Disgusting. Go elsewhere to eat.
Sticky floors and the people looked disgusted that potential customers walked in the door. Sold-out of fish and chips at 5PM…suggesting they didn't have any to begin with.

I went to try the sea food snack for dinner that was shown here. They only have fish and chips, since I was already there I bought the 1 piece and was very disappointed with the fish, but there were LOTS of fries and they were good. Don't go for the seafood.

Too greasy and really expensive
One minute on Water street is KFC ??much better and the stuff is more friendly smile.
Amazing place great people very friendly kind and actually gave us extra chicken great place definitely come back here
Homemade KFC! Really good coleslaw and gravy too with their own flavor (not like KFC).
The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered the 3 piece meal and it was amazing. Portions were big and we could not finish it so we brought it home for later. Would definitely return. Great experience!
Customer service from one cashier was extremely poor. Half of the electronic menu was missing and when asked if they downsized, the response we got was, “Oh I don’t know what’s going on with it” but didn’t bother to try and fix it or give us paper menus. When my girlfriend asked about an item on the limited menu, the cashier proceeded to roll her eyes at the question. We were the only two customers in the restaurant and she acted like we were an inconvenience.

As a local I did not have high hopes but we tried it for a quick lunch while in town., for the simple reason they had a new sign up saying fish and chips. We go in and the lights are off one a rainy afternoon in June. Hmmm, are they even open? I ask the man at the counter are you open? Yes he replies. oh cuz with the light off it appears closed. He does not turn the light on. It is dark. We ask again, do you plan to turn them in? He turns on one side of the dining room lights. Weird. The fish was dripping wet with grease. The batter was doughy inside. Dark sopts on m fish. Cold fries. Bad coleslaw. We won't go back or recoment to out many cottage guests. Sad experience.
Was our first and last time in. Very expensive and food was not that great.. We sat inside too eat. There was no menu too look at other than the chicken menu and when asked what else there was other than chicken..the worker said poutine and chicken kids meals stuff like that… would of been nice to see an actual menu. Wasn’t a great experience especially for the price we paid.
Why would you go to KFC when Dixie Lee is right there? There are only two locations in Canada I believe, the other being in New Brunswick. Fantastic fried chicken, great service (we were in and out in no time on NEW YEARS EVE of all days)
I love getting a bucket of Dixie Lee chicken when we are back visiting on PEI! A little different flavour than the regular KFC. Love it, love it, love it!
I’ve only ate here a few times. The service is good and very welcoming, everyone is polite. Although I wasn’t the biggest fan of the food it was good for the price, and quick service to get it.
