I recently visited Five Eleven in Summerside, PEI, and from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. The moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-kept everything was, instantly making me feel comfortable and at ease.
The staff were genuinely friendly not just polite out of obligation, but warm and welcoming in a way that made me feel like a valued guest. Service was quick without being rushed, and the team struck that perfect balance of being attentive without hovering.
Prices were very reasonable, especially given the quality of the food and the overall experience. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and quietly cozy ideal for anything from a casual lunch to a relaxed evening out.
Five Eleven truly feels like one of Summerside’s hidden gems the kind of place you almost want to keep to yourself but can’t help telling people about. I left not only happy with my meal but also already looking forward to my next visit. Summerside is lucky to have a spot like this!

The service is the only reason I’m not giving a 1 star. Service was great - our server was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. So thank you! The food……. Was honestly not great. Ceasar salad soggy. Steak frites are just a lump of steak with soggy boiled vegetables. The spinach dip is actually disgusting. We came to celebrate a birthday and were disappointed- thank you to our server for being great to make up for the poor food.

We popped in for dinner for out last night in PEI. The wait staff was wonderful and friendly.
We had burgers and fish tacos. The fries were amazing, crispy, and plentiful.

Pan fried haddock - tasteless sauce, no salt. Fish and chips - fish was mushy, fries looked like they were fried 10 times in old oil, almost burnt. Waitress wouldn't let me complete my sentence before interrupting and walking away. Creme brulee was AMAZING tho. Sweet potato fries were fresh and delicious.

I ate here 2 weeks ago and had the best southwest chicken panini. I returned yesterday with a friend and ordered the same, they were 2 totally different sandwiches.
when asked if everything was okay, I stated it was good but it was not the same. the chicken the firat visit was amazing and was enough to fill the bread, yesterday there were 2 extremely small chicken tenders on the entire sandwich. essentially the 2 half pieces per side did not cover half the sandwich.
the waitress was not very receptive and continue stating that's how the club comes. I politely said that it not how it came last time and I wasn't looking to save money or get it for free, I was just wondering if they were waiting on an order or had a different cook. her response was that obviously whoever made it the previous visit had done it incorrectly as this is how the club is always done.
I again said it was good and wasn't looking for a deal just wondering for consistency sake because the previous one was amazing. she reiterated that this one was the way it was which had half the sandwich bare with no chicken and left the table.
she never did return even though she attended the table across from me 3 times. eventually I had to take my half sandwich to the counter to ask for the bill and a container as it was clear she was not happy.

I was there for lunch on a Sunday. The place was very quiet and no problem getting a table. I had the Frenchie burger and fries combo.
The burger was good but I'm not a fan of the crispy style coated fries. That's just more of a variety thing and nothing wrong with the quality of the food.
I'd eat here again while in the area. They have a brunch menu also that looked good.

Splendid experience! The food arrived in a timely manner, packed with flavor, and the servers were excellent. This restaurant was recommended by locals in Summerside, and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend trying it. The spinach dip was also delicious, and the portion was generous!
Burger was just ok. 1/4 of the kettle chips weren't cooked. For some reason, even though there was only 4 tables and two servers, I sat with a half eaten plate and empty beer for 25 minutes waiting for someone to check in or offer dessert. Not the best for a place that charges $22 for a Burger.

This is the second time that I have eaten here and both times the staff and atmosphere were great but the food!!!!!….AMAZING! I really think that I have found my new favourite restaurant!!! If you are in the Summerside area you need to eat here. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Food was good, excellent service. Only thing is that there are no signs outside to announce the restaurant. It's inside an arena and is not easy for tourists to find. Should put the restaurant's name outside somewhere.
