We ordered slam breakfast and water street breakfast. Both were as we ordered. over easy eggs were perfect , service was exceptional . Atmosphere was great. I would recommend Granville St Dinner 100%

Highly recommend their all day breakfasts. I had the steak and eggs. Very reasonably priced and a decent cut of steak, cooked just as I asked. I wanted - and received - my eggs over medium while my friend’s were over easy, as she wanted. It was nice for a change to order my eggs over medium and not end up with a runny yolk anyway!
I managed to get out of there without buying any local art … this time.

Pretty let down by the potatoes not being cooked and the chicken and waffles had a Chipotle mayo on the WAFFLES. Not how it's done. Eggs were good. Don't think we'll go back but if we do we'll see if we can change this review.

I had a very disappointing experience at Granville St Diner. The food quality was poor, and it really showed in the clubhouse sandwich I ordered. It was made with canned turkey, which was a letdown, to say the least. When I brought it up to the staff, they offered to remake it with sliced turkey instead, but what they didn’t mention was that there would be an unknown upcharge for it. The lack of transparency and the mediocre food left a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. The overall experience was far from what I expected, and I certainly won't be returning.

I was taken to this diner for the first time couple weeks ago and so happy I did! Food was absolutely delicious,fresh, homemade feeling. Service was excellent and welcoming. We ordered the “breakfast poutine, waffles, and the special roast turkey dinner.” Waffles were to die for, I found myself craving it a week later!!
Really nice diner experience. Amazing breakfast menu. Delicious. Best hash browns on Earth, no joke. Get them grilled with onions.
