Worst kfc in the business!! Upper management should be ashamed, waited 10 minutes in drive through again just to find out there is no chicken again! This kfc needs to be investigated by upper management once and for all!

Ordered crispy chicken via mobile app for pickup. Asked to wait for 15-20 mins and expected the requested order. Received item after almost 30mins and received original recipe. Informed staff but lady with specs was rude and told me that they have informed other customers who ordered via front counter. She didnt apologise and instead deflected that it is our fault that we do not know that it is unavailable at that time.

Worst. Kfc. Ever. First of all, the floors were slippery, way too hot inside, dirty sink, toilet wasnt flushed, my drink came out of the fountain too quickly and splashed on my sweater, and the food was just alright
