This KFC branch has been cash-only for about a week now. Earlier tonight, we went in to order but were told they only accept cash, so we drove to the bank to withdraw money & it was about a 6-minute drive one way and came back to order a 12-pc chicken bucket with a coupon discount. When we returned around 10:30 p.m., they told us they were already out of chicken, even though they close at 12 a.m. and the delivery runs until 11 p.m.. When we asked what time are they closing, they suddenly said they could still cook more chicken and that it would take about 30 minutes. I don’t understand why they keep running out of chicken this early when they’re still open til 12 midnight and still able to cook.

What a joke the Big Crunch burger is. The bun was much bigger than the flat thin cold piece of chicken hidden in there. What a dissapointment.

When I got my chicken that took a minute and a half I started eating and at the end of my meal my friend gave me a piece of chicken and it was pink in the middle and the bone was red. After that for the rest of the day my stomach was upset and I was on the verge of puking. As of now my stomach is still upset and I’m still on the verge of puking. most likely I got food poisoning from the chicken.

I order on line first time downloaded everything .said you were suppose to receive 6 of of free chicken with first order on line.send my grandaughter too pick.up.the staff was throwing chicken attach other.when asked about the free chicken she was told we don.t do that here.on.the window there a big sign that say 6 free with download and order. My grandaughter is 13 year old .and didn.t know to ask for some in charge. I will not be back or order again .this is the worst

I ordered a big crunch combo with a Poutin there was no fork to eat it so couldn't eat it and the big crunch was cold it tasted like it was 2 days old so I threw it out waste of my money

Ordered online- and tried to add to order at restaurant. There was a 45 min wait for chicken. At KFC…..There is no chicken. This is insane. The staff- seemed like it was their first day I stood in line waiting, with one other customer ahead of me. Took 12 minutes to take their order. Unacceptable. This is why the sales at Summerside KFC sales are down I bet. I for one will not be back.

KFC isn’t health food, but it’s honest about what it is: hot, salty, cheap, and ready before you’ve even finished paying. Sit-down places around here either drain the wallet or the clock—sometimes both—so when my stomach is louder than my conscience, a two-piece box feels like the only democratic option left.

Worst kfc in the business!! Upper management should be ashamed, waited 10 minutes in drive through again just to find out there is no chicken again! This kfc needs to be investigated by upper management once and for all!

KFC never disappoints! The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor-exactly what I was craving. The staff was polite and got my order out quickly, even during the lunch rush. It’s the perfect spot when you want comfort food done right. I’ll definitely be back soon!
