Terrible service and communication from this place. We will not be back! They didn’t tell us delivery was extra on top of what we paid for the food. The food was 45 mins late. We got two of the wrong dishes. We called and asked why we got the wrong combo from their website, the person who answered the phone said they don’t have a website but they clearly do when you google. She said we should have ordered from the Facebook menu but didn’t tell us when we ordered. We then checked the Facebook menu it’s the same as the website they claim they don’t have! The person on the phone now will not admit your mistakes and the person who took our order confirmed what we actually ordered but then sent the wrong items!

I’m a regular customer to the king wok, I’m there more than I care to admit lol. Saturday evening I picked up food to take home (40 minutes away) and it was just as good as eating in! Best Chinese there is!

Good food at reasonable prices. There were 2 people serving food, clearing tables and taking the payments. Regular customers were greeted by name. 2 women came in to pick up an order and told the person at the till that their mother/grandmother had passed. The women were hugged and consoled; their order was on the house. This is a caring establishment.

We were on vacation and happened upon this restaurant. Reasonably priced, good tasting food. Not a fancy place but you will feel the connection this restaurant has with the community as we did. Wait staff are friendly and appeared to know many of the customers by name. The operator was very patient with and eventually helped an elderly woman who struggled with the point of sale machine as the woman paid for her food. A little later two females came in to pick up a take out order and we overheard the conversation of the death in the customers family that had occurred that day. Long heartfelt hugs were exchanged and the customers could not convince the operator to take anything for the food order. That is connection to the community and shows something special about this place. Its not a fancy place but you will leave full and warm.

I bought 81.00 worth of take out food.
First of all, the eggross were very thin. They wete about 1/4 of the size of egg rolls at other Chineese restaurants. They were also very greasy, as if the fat was dirty.
We ordered 2 types of vegetables. They were both tasteless and soggy. Very bland. The vegetables are my favorite part, and I had to throw mine in the compost bin. I was very disappointed.
I found the chicken balls had no salt in the batter, and they had a strange sour taste. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I am just a bit ticked that I paid so much money for bad food.
The rice was okay. The ribs were okay. I called them to complain. She told me that she would refund me, if I brought the food back. I live an hour away, so I wasn't able to do that. I put the left overs in the freezer until I go back next week. I did not take the food that I through in the compost, so it is not going to show the true picture. I don't know if this was an off day, but it was definitely not good.They offered me a $25.00 gift card, which is useless. I will never eat there again.

Picked up almost $100 worth of food on July 23. Lady at counter was great! Food was very fast (maybe that is a sign) Food was Not good. The Good chicken Soo guy, chicken balls (not the sauce was sour more like cherry sauce) garlic ribs, rice was ok. The Bad Egg rolls inside was black…literally black slime…maybe they were from last week? Disgusting 🤮 chicken chow mein no flavour…like nothing not even salt.. we will not be back and under no circumstances recommend this restaurant.

We bought food to the value of $50, they used pink food colouring or dye to make the sweet and sour pork appealing, this turned me off, will never purchase again, they could have used soy sauce.. instead, imagine mixing the pork in white rice, disgusting, also taste of MSG.
King wok is amazing! We had King Wok cater our wedding and they did an outstanding job. The food was delicious and they were super accommodating. We highly recommend eating at King Wok!

King Wok catered our daughter’s 150 guest wedding and did an outstanding job! Communication with ownership and staff was excellent and accommodating! Food was perfectly organized, plentiful, hot and ready for the designated pick up time. We could not have asked for a better meal! Thank you King Wok!

Got take out 2 times and both times orders where wrong and missing items & they were not interested in making it right and replacing or giving refund (live 30 mins away so getting home with food missing or wrong is not as simple as going back to get missing items ) first time we had no rice at all (4 families ordered this night that we were with and only 1 of 4 orders had all their food/correct order)
second time was a different item than we asked for! Messaged them when rice was missing and got no reply , messaged them with wrong item and they told me we didn’t order it and nothing was wrong!
Take your business next door to china star or eat in so you can ensure you have your order that you’re paying for because their customer service sucks for fixing mistakes , a simple sorry would of even gone a long way as I know mistakes happen!
