My firstly experience with Mary's Brown, and so awefully unfriendly.

I just picked up a combo sandwich from Mary Brown’s and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavour. You can really taste the quality. The sandwich was fresh, the portion was generous, and the fries were hot and crispy — just the way I like them!

On top of that, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience quick and easy. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile. Definitely coming back again — highly recommend if you’re craving great chicken and great service!

I was SO impressed....Quality of chicken was outstanding. Service was professional and friendly. I ordered in advance and it was hot and ready to go...Stress free, feeding a large crowd, with quality I was proud to serve. I'll be back...P.S. The chicken leftovers were as good today, heated for 30 seconds in microwave, as they were fresh yesterday!

Best chicken place in town! They make everything from scratch in the store, so it’s understandable to have a bit of wait time. Staff are so nice and humble. Would definitely recommend ⭐️

I visited the Summerside location July 4th with the kids. We had never heard of Mary Brown’s before but I will tell you one thing.. We won’t forget it!

The food was fresh and hot. The portion sizes were generous. The staff was super friendly.. They actually served us our food AND then circled back to make sure everything was to our liking. They shared a bit of the history of the restaurant and best of all.. we learned it’s 💯 % Canadian!!! 👏

Ps… cleanest restaurant bathrooms I have ever been in! 🧼

The food is excellent! No doubt about it. The customer service is also great. But drive through is a pain. If someone is waiting for an order at the drive through window, even if our order is ready to be picked up we have no choice. Just being stuck at drive through is really horrible. Need an arrangement for this.

I visited the Summerside location for the first time Wednesday June 18 to support the fundraiser for Alex.
Thank you for doing this for the family.
I arrived about noon and the restaurant and drive thru were both very busy with lineups. I was impressed that my order only took 20 minutes consideringing how busy you were.
The 2 piece chicken and wedges was excellent and a great deal at $4.99.
I picked up extra for neighbours and friends that wanted to try your chicken.
I also went back in the evening for more for me and family members.
We were all impressed with how good the food was. Service was great on both visits.
I look forward to visiting the restaurant more in the future.

I ordered bunch of sandwitches from this place, but was disappointed with the customer service. When I asked for the Wi-Fi, I was told it’s only for staff use. My mobile data had run out, and I needed Wi-Fi to find directions to the next location. For a business handling large orders, it’s surprising that they don’t offer basic customer amenities like free Wi-Fi. Definitely an area they need to improve.

Very bad service, 2nd time it happened with me, last time I waited for 25 minutes in drive through, today again I waited for 15 minutes, this was shocking because I was the only customer this time in drive through and inside was also free,staff is very slow, how can they compete to KFC, their drive through waiting is just 3-5 minutes max.moreover, sandwich was not as good as KFC and Popeyes
