I had a great experience in Summerside location. The staff is very nice and friendly. My order was accurate and they made sure if i need anything else. Fast service and they delivered my food to the table.
I ordered a wrap without a drink because I was in a rush, sat down in the corner, and one of the employees came up and gave me a water without asking. How nice!
Been there but was shocked and surprised to see a manger named opinder, with nail extension working in food sector. Its an extreme unhygienic and filthy.
Very bad Customer Service ..
Waited in drive thru for over 15 minutes before going inside, only to find out order was given to car ordering after us. Their order was 1 sandwich and they made out fairly well considering our order was 3 sandwiches, fries and drinks. Not their fault. We did the waiting, someone got a good deal, certainly not us, but hey, got an apology that I certainly would be generous enough to tell them where to put. Not sure if they would get that in the right place either.
Coffee was leaking out the side
Simple and same all over.
The drinks are always watered down, the packaging always sucks, the food is either really good or taste like it was just microwaved leftovers from the night before

Table service, our meal was laid out on the tray very neatly showing extra care.

Just had disappointing and shockingly bad service at McDonalds Summerside. I ordered and paid for a coffee muffin combo -not hard to fill, right?
After waiting 5 minutes at my table for delivery I went back to the counter. They were out of the muffin I ordered. They had to refund me. The store floor manager was visibly pissed that she had to do this and so rude when I asked if maybe there were the types of muffin I ordered in back. The lovely elderly gentleman I had placed my order with tried to fill the order. In the end I got the wrong coffee, no muffin and rude treatment. The place was a zoo.
