this is a 5 star best pizza in town very nice service place is cozy food is good dont look at the bad comments it all bullshit i recommend this place it just WOW!!! pizza was sooo good i will go back for sure

First time...dissapointed...poor waitress alone...not even busy at first...again alone...other couple walked in...looked around...waited...no waitress...they finally left...loud heavy music...one song had sooo many f words it was awfull...thank god there were no kids only a couple of teenagers. Food was ok...but waited super long for our food...and the wait was even longer to get our bill...so we got up...paid at the counter and did not bring our leftovers home....tired of waiting. Too bad seems like it was a very suucessful restaurant at some point.

I am rating our experience as a whole a 3. Although the pizza was incredible- fresh toppings, served hot, tasted amazing! The service is what completely fell through. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:25pm to which we went to sit down in the dining room. The waitress was visibly annoyed. When I asked her what time the dining room was open until, she said 9pm. She was polite enough through our experience.. but that was because she has to be in this industry, but as a server myself I could tell she just wanted to get out of there as it was close to closing time. She never brought more napkins, asked us how our food was or offered us refills. She actually DROPPED THE BILL OFF WHILE we were still eating ….. yes, it sucks when tables come in close to closing … but it’s your job. Be annoyed but do that in private. Don’t let your costumers see or sense your attitude.

It's been a while since we've eaten here and we won't be coming back. The waitress brought coffee to the table with a bottle of milk that was so curdled, it plopped into the coffee. Apparently, they had a 4-hour power outage yesterday but didn't feel it was necessary to check what they were serving. We didn't think of it at the time but that should have been our hint to leave. I ordered a chicken wrap that is supposed to come with Celery and carrot sticks. I got a breaded chicken wrap and no Celery or carrot sticks. When I brought it to the waitress' attention she told me the kitchen staff told her they make them with tenders. When I showed her the plain chicken on the menu, she just stared at me. If you don't make them with plain chicken, take the plain chicken off the menu. Terrible service.

For past 10 years thoroughly enjoyed pizzas here. We visited last week and had the worst pizza. New owners are cutting back on the amount they put on the pizza and the crust was unevenly pressed out. Don't think we will be returning. We are not the only ones who have had this experience for the past few months

This was my first time dining in as I usually just grab a slice and pop to go during lunch. This lasagna was quite delicious and I would definitely get it again.

This place has a special place in my heart since childhood but it's not worth going the again. There's a scam website pretending to take orders that steals credit card information. The pizza is bland and boring but somehow very expensive. The crust is doughy and bland. The donair sauce tasted almost, not quite like it's supposed - it's also very thin.

Amazing pizza. Summerside has a lot of great pizza and ice cream. It's really nice. Michael's has a heavy pizza which is filling and will make you want to nap. So tasty. Cheap slices.

**Update**Went to eat at Michael's last night to see if things have improved since our last visit. We only went because after a comment I made, the owner invited us on FB to come try their improved pizza and assured us things are the way they used to be. I am happy we did.The pizza was excellent. Just like it should be. Just like it used to be. Maybe just maybe it could have been just little bit thicker crust to make it how it once was. Either way it was a huge improvement from the last time we were there, lots of toppings, nice taste. The owners were onsite and the husband was cooking. To me this shows a real commitment of wanting to get it right. Unless you have a franchise you can never expect to have a restaurant run the way you want without you there all the time. No one will care about your business like you do.Anyway it Wes refreshing to see how good it was again. The real proof will be when we go without an invite and see how things are on a regular day when no one knows we are coming or are expecting us. I am rooting for them and hoping that the same quality as last night will be maintained as this has been my favorite place for pizza for alot of years. It was nice to meet the owners and chat with them. I wish them all the best.
