Customer service is still great some pf the food is still great but got the odd thig thats not. Had hamburger platter few weeks ago wich was great. But i had a steak sub november 14th. Cost me $19 and after two bites it met the garbage can.

We had pizza and pasta the food was great and there were treats for my daughter! The staff were very friendly, but the dining area wasn’t tidy. Especially the couch there were many crumbs around.

Quality of pizza is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's really good and sometimes it's terrible. I ordered 18 inch 4 topping with 2l pop (47.99 after taxes and delivery) everytime. Last time it was missing a topping completely. This time it was overloaded with sauce and hardly any crust at all. Very little toppings this time also. The box my pizza was delivered jn was damaged this time. After receiving the pizza and walking in my door it broke up from the bottom and 4 slices hit the floor. I attempted to call them but could not get through (assuming busy do to father's day) so I am writing this review now instead. I will say the staff who answer the phones are always super friendly and polite when I call. I dont expect perfection every time but when I'm paying top dollar for pizza some consistency in the qualoty would go a long way in keeping me a satisfied customer. Update. After originally posting my review the restaurant reached out to me to discuss my concerns and offered me a small discount on a future order. I accepted the offer and have since then ordered from them on many occasions. Every time the food has been excellent. The ladies answering the phone and the girl delivering my pizza remain super friendly and accommodating. The prices are on the higher end compared to other spots I the city but the food has been worth it. I will.continue to go to them as my first option

Ice cubes in water were old and made the water taste bad. Nachos were horrible, they tasted moldy. Visible mold on chips. Was told by waitress that the chips were cooked by someone smoking close by them. Not sure what that means.

Delicious pizza, had it numerous times, never disappoints. You can even get it by the slice at lunchtime 🤩
Terrible experience. There was almost no cheese on the pizza. We complained and the owner simply did not care.
Too bad, we would have given them another chance if they would have been more accommodating, but the service was awful and the service wasn’t good either.

Not nearly as good as it used to be. 28$ for a 16” garlic fingers with barely any cheese. They changed ownership and it shows.

My fries with the works was great & pretty big for being a size small! Fish and chips are subpar to say the least. The waitress was also super kind and attentive the entire time we were there :) Super quiet when we went around 3! They also have the BEST slices in Summerside 100%🍕❤️

WOW! Best slices in town! Last few times we've gone they have been spot on! Perfectly cooked, lots of cheese and toppings, fluffy thick crust. Soooooo good! Keep up the great work!!
