I ordered i burger and the lady came up and she forgot the chesse which is no big deal at all but the problem was she didn’t use anything to grab the burger she used her hands that have been working idk how long it felt really gross to eat it when she got back so I said “can you make a new one” they started getting pissed off and started just treating me like im not a person it’s just a simple thing to do but apparently it was such a big deal.

My friend had gotten a burger, only cheese. They made it without cheese. I told him to ask them to remake it. They hand the same burger back with a slice of cheese. With dents in it from their bare hands. We asked them to remake it without squeezing or handing the burger with bare hands. They start freaking out at us because we don’t want dead skin cells and bodily oils on our food. Probably won’t return.
