This establishment is disgusting. The washrooms were horrendous as was the dining room, the windows. The track lighting, and pipes that were above the food area were all covered in dust. I didn’t even want my food after noticing the state of this franchise. Will never return.

The quality of pita pit has gone down so much :( used to be my favorite spot, but everytime I go it just seems to get worse. Cashier handled food with the same gloves she used for the cash register. They were out of almost all the veggies and what was out just didn’t look fresh at all. Hoping there will be some changes as I would love to continue being a customer!

It has so many variations to choose what I choose was delicious the sauce was different and tasted and we even got chips my friend got and a gingerale was yummy and it was made with ❤️ Love very friendly staff
Customer service was terrible. The employee wasn't paying enough attention when we were ordering and got our order wrong and we noticed while it was being made so we asked her about it and she wouldn’t fix it, her solution was for us to order another one at full price. Because she said she wasn't paying attention and “forgot”. She was not helpful and had no intention of rectifying the mistake she made at all, nor did she even apologize for her mistake. Just a very poor experience all around.
