I don’t know why people go anywhere else really. You get it all here. Great service and it doesn’t break the pocketbook and the food tastes amazing. I get the same thing and it never disappoints.

The food here is always amazing, and I always look forward to it when I visit from the UK. The hot chicken sandwich is hands down my favourite, it’s one of those dishes that never disappoints and I always leave satisfied. If you're looking for a spot that’s consistently great, this place is a winner.

I had a reservation for 5 people at 5pm. The server sat us, got our drinks and didn’t return for another 25 minutes. I had to ask another wait staff to request she comes back to take our order. We then received our meals, she did one quality check nearing the end of our meals where, my sister received the wrong side, was charged for it; the wine we were served had definitely been opened days prior and had oxidized, it was ‘old’. My mother had a twist tie IN her food, to which the server apologized but did nothing to ‘make it right’, or compensate for it.
I had asked when I arrived to be given the bill for entire table, that request was also not met. I have been here numerous times, and there usually always seems to be something not quite right, I understand the industry greatly, as I work in it, therefore have a higher expectation for when things go wrong, for them to make it right. That’s how we continue to have return customers, right?
I am disappointed with the efforts (not) made to make my families experience top notch.

Diane was so rude! Firstly we ordered and we were not complete yet snd she went…. Afterthat she brought our food nd i asked her to cut the pizza and she replied you have knife so you can do that and she was so loud even other customers were looking towards us…and we got embarrassed ..that doesnt seems like good customer service and her attitude ruined my whole day …..as she seems racist….me and friend were so happy thats why we came to celebrate and she ruined our whole mood … we go there almost every second week.. now we will think twice to come here again……

I came at this place every 2 weeks with my friends but this time we were served by a lady named Diane who brought us food and we asked her to cut the pizza for us and she refused and said you can do that, that is not good customer service at all and her attitude ruined our mood because she seems racist. She speaks so rude that customers from other tables started looking at us which makes us embarrassed infront of others. Now we will think before we came back to this place.
Can be loud sometimes but food, service is top notch, fast hot and good! Servers are very good at their job

Loved this place since I was 5, my only complaint is, how do you have dry ribs. Like under seasoned overly sweet barbecue sauce on ribs that taste like two day old chicken breaststroke

We usually go here for birthdays and it's always something to look forward to. Food is always great and the waitress we had looked really similar to Kim Gordon from Sonic Youth. Good times!

Pizza Delightful!! We were a group of 24 in town for basketball, I don’t want to leave anyone out because the entire staff was amazing but I did catch Cathy’s name and she genuinely cares about customer experience. I won’t go on a rant but between the service and quality of food I asked every local I met the rest of the weekend about this particular location and they all shared the same time of compliments!! I will be back!
