Had a crazy good Chicken ceasar salad! it came on a flatbread and was not what I imagined it would be. The flavours were so well balanced and the quality and freshness of the sandwich was high.....and fresh ofcourse! My wife had a Jamaican vetetarian dish that was frikken awesome! I tried it when she wasn't looking. I felt she was not paying it enough attention and that it deserved more consideration that she was giving it. And I made a choice to protest silently and in a non confrontational manner, by stealimg a couple quick spoonfuls as she chatted negligently with someone nearby. The folks who served us and cooked for us were the nicest, bright and friendliest of people. The bathrooms, the restaurant and all surfaces were clean as clean could be. My wife was highly impressed, which is saying something......i think.

Very kind staff and very tasty food! Would recommend the Jamaican me Vegan bowl — perfect blend of spicy and creamy.

I had the vegan Jamaican bowl, but added chicken. It was very good. Spicy, between mild and medium heat. I also had the locally brewed soda (ginger ale with apple). It was good, but it was $7 for a can.

My guest had the burrito bowl and said it was very good. We both noticed a lot of people were ordering it.

The people running it were very friendly.

The place is very small and only had maybe 8 tables. Most people were doing take out.

Probably the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life—packed with flavor and paired with amazing service. Highly recommend!

It’s all in the bread baby! These guys have “award winning” sour dough Bread. The place has never disappointed and we live on the island so go regularly.

I have loved this place for years. However can no longer justify the cost for “extras.” It would have been nice to know before pick up that it would cost over half the price of my sandwich to add chicken.A $16 sandwich quickly turned into a $27 sandwich for less than half a chicken breast. (Which was extremely tough to even chew)At least warn your customers over the phone what the cost is to add a protein to your sandwich.

Today, a friend of mine took me to this amazing spot for lunch. I don’t travel to Summerside much, and I had no idea this hidden gem existed! We had the pulled pork burrito bowl. It was the best burrito bowl I have ever had!! If you haven’t tried this location, I highly recommend! Five stars from us today!

Fantastic potato soup and possibly the best grilled cheese sandwich I've had.

Amazing food! The burrito bowl was worth the 25k bike ride. Everything made in-house. Highly recommended by self proclaimed foodies.
