St Eleanors Dairy Bar & Take Out

I’m sorry to say, but the quality of the food has gone way downhill. Hot hamburger no longer a handmade patty, but a cook from frozen patty on a small piece of bread. Got takeout to eat in the car. Was given only a plastic fork with no knife to cut up the hot hamburger to eat it and they had no plastic knives to give. Kindly they did provide me with a metal knife, but that meant that I couldn’t leave until I ate my food at the takeout so I could return the knife. I was very disappointed. I always look forward to coming here when I come home from away. I’m not sure of the reason why the changes but really hope they get the act together soon.

Fantastic waitress who helped with my elderly parents and was so attentive. Good fresh dairy bar food. Big servings. Wish the fries were hand cut, but pretty standard to get frozen fries at dairy bars. Chicken wings very juicy. Loads of food.

The burger was raw…
Very oily and the cheese was basically cheese whiz.
As for service, the girl was nice but she delivered our gravy with her thumb basically in it.. the waitress was nowhere to be found though the entire time we were there. No workers in sight. The whole time.
I was very hesitant on putting my daughter in the high chair because it was so dirty and sticky. So I wiped it off the best I could.
Atmosphere, it’s a diner. It’s what you would expect.
But when I pay $20 for a burger and a small portion of fries… I’d like my burger to atleast be cooked.

Not the best experience. They mixed up my order but they were pretty good about it so I would rate the people and service high. I had a cheeseburger and fries. The fries were cold, overcooked and chewy. The burger came on a sesame seed bun. This was my fault because I forgot to ask about the bun and I am no longer allowed to have sesame seeds. I had to scrape everything off the bun and eat it that way. The burger itself was dry. Overall, not a great experience. Will not be back.

We got the cheese burgers. The burgers were excellent! Also we got a strawberry cheesecake flurrie and an Oreo flurrie and both of them were excellent! Excellent service! Very friendly staff!

Well me and my wife went to your place today to have the breakfast that everyone is raving about. We arrived and I guess we parked in the driveway (which isn’t marked as such) and were told so by the man taking the orders in the window. We left and will never ever ever go back to that spot over such a picky thing as that as we would not have been there very long and if someone needed to get in or out they could have went beside us and still get in. The parking lines are barely visible and no indication of not parking in that certain spot in the front which is lined up with the rest

Had a delicious salmon omelette and coffee. Super kind and friendly staff! Highly recommend.

I thought it was odd for a dairy bar serve all day breakfast, but to my surprise it was actually really good!. Friendly staff and pricing seamed very fair. 5/5 I will be eating here again.
