I ordered a 6” Chicken Teriyaki sub through the drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. First, the service was extremely slow—it took about 4–5 minutes just to get my order. Second, my sub wasn’t even toasted as I requested. But the most concerning part was when I took my first bite and found a piece of plastic inside the sandwich.
This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable. I urge the manager to please keep a closer eye on what your employees are doing. Incidents like this should not happen. I also recommend regular daily quality and hygiene checks to avoid such problems in the future.

Some of the staff need to listen better they messed up my woman's sub by not listening to her and the music should have been turned down a bit it was lowed
I never have problem ordering from Subway Water St. but it was closed due to holiday. I was hesitated to order from this location and they really proved my point.
This was an online order. This poor sandwich looked like it went through hell and back. How can you put together this sub and think it looks appetizing?? Please consider this poor performance and put a bit more care into it.
People are not willing to do their job. Whenever I visit they are so rude especially a girl name haylen she was in so hurry. Need to improve.
Great Fast Service
I always do online order and it never messed up. This time as well I ordered online and it was with promotion free potato rings and cold drink along with sub but they just hand over the sub when i went to pick up from store. After hectic day I want to enjoy the meal but they said there was no reward and even I was showing them the promotion on the app but customer experience was not acceptable. If i can buy sub, i can also buy drink and potato rings but it was promotion online which was infornt of them but still they declined. That was not acceptable. It messed my whole mood.
Nuesen and Jurah’s service is very nice.
They listen to the customer well and they also change their gloves before start making new sub.

I ordered two subs, both were to be toasted, neither were served toasted, both were for curbside pickup, waited 10 mins after order was marked ready. 2 other customers were served curbside in this time called the store and was not answered, was forced to go inside and staff had placed an order marked CURBSIDE in all bold letters in the pickup tray. Appalling service.

Ordered curbside, we had to come in to pick it up. Ordered toasted sandwiches, they weren't toasted. Ordered no onions, there were onions. This isn't the first time this has happened, simply a waste of time and money to not drive the extra 5 minites to go to the downtown store

I went tonight, ordered at the drive thru and my total was $16. I got to the window the Worker didn't let me take the debit machine and told me to hit the first option hanging it out the window . My total changed to 20 something because the first option was the tip button..... which i did not plan to tip tonight. Realized I did after the jump in price. I got home and no turkey on my turkey sub. I don't mind tipping when service is fantastic but I don't like being forced/tricked to tip then not get what I asked for. Being tricked into tipping put a bad taste in my mouth.
