All the tables were dirty and when I asked for a wet cloth stating it was because there were no clean tables they gave me a crusty wet rag and alllwes me to clean a table or myself rather than apologize or offer to take care of it .

We went to the drive thru at 11:20 pm
We ordered Vanilla cold brew with espresso foam but the staff gave us whipped cream and there was no Iced on the coffee. I can’t drink it sooooo

A lady named Lauron has been so disrespectful and rude: i have never experienced this kind of pathetic service from any time hortons in whole country and after showing this kind of service when they get fire they cry that no body hire them

They should hire new staff and train them very well. It is happening every single time now. They serve food cold when asked for heated up, coffee aren’t stirred well. Staff is so unwelcoming, rude and disrespectful. Instead of comforting the customer they offer refund. I asked for cold coffee with extra cream and caramel, you can see results in the picture. Go to other stores. Don’t waste time and money on this brach.

Slow service, slow drive-through, and coffee is never the same, although I consistently order my double double. No longer Tim Hortons daily.

The worker didn’t even acknowledge us in the drive thru? After saying hi and getting nothing back we just ended up going to mcdonalds, probably for the better. Highly don’t recommend here.
