My order was fixed twice, and still was not correct.. I ordered a hot brown sugar latte, and confirming with the staff twice that I would like it hot, since the item is usually served iced. Got an iced latte at the window and I corrected them. They gave me a cup of just warm milk. No espresso. Called twice to the restaurant, no answer. My problem is more with the manager when she asked that I should have “corrected them when the screen showed my order wrong”. The screen did not show my order, and I did confirm twice. And still after 2 tries, my order was still wrong. Maybe they should train the staff members more, instead of training the customer how to order. Still haven’t heard back from them and Tim’s Hortons customer service site was no help. So here’s my review. 👎

I’m not one to complain about Tim’s as I love the food and beverages. But I do have to say this time for breakfast was not as appealing. I was about to bite into a very dry, disfigured English muffin only to find some mould scattered on it. I did in fact picked it off and ate the rest but yet, it still disturbed me and made me lose a bit of my appetite. Again, I love Tims but this definitely a concern! I would've went back but I was already halfway into my travels.

Slowest Tim Hortons around. I waited 15 minutes for a Farmers Wrap. The staff forgot they were even supposed to make one. Avoid this location, if possible.

I ordered everything bagel with extra butter and double tosted . They took hours to make it. I got my bagel in third attempt. My first bagel was 1 bite taken and they added butter to eaten bagel . It was frozen butter. Then i called manager. Manager refused to talk and them team member helped. Their service is really bad specially the management.

Just went to this location this morning, i ordered an iced coffee and a muffin. Worker at the window was very polite and quite chipper. Great overall experience but when i took out my muffin to eat it i ended up with the wrong one as i ordered a fruit explosion. This really put a damper on my morning as i woke up very early.
