6 people working behind the counter and I still waited almost 10 minutes for a sandwich to be made
This place is falling apart in terms of customer service. Waited over 20 minutes for an iced coffee in the drive-thru. The scanner wasn’t working properly which was really extending wait times. Asked for a straw and waited an additional 2 minutes and they still hadn’t brought one to me. Hard to believe there wasn’t a single straw in their working space during the summer season! From my understanding they had ventured out back to look for more straws. We didn’t have any additional time to waste so we left before they returned with one.
