Had the unpleasant experience of ordering a breakfast combo. Coffee taste anything else but coffee. Fries were soggy, sandwich also no good quality. Not recommend at all.

There is one girl her name is shafali. No smile on face rude face rude behaviour even if customer is smiling is looking with angry face bro what kind of attitude you have. Are you owner of wendys restaurant you are just and employee. She should and must be fired i have same experience 3-5 times with same girl. I request Wendys management to terminate her. I am not coming back to this wendys again

I’m not the person to leave a bad review.
But I wait 15 minutes in the drive through when I’m the only person there I only ordered a Poutine and Chicken Strips. When I order a poutine at any other Wendy’s the put a fork in the bag like they are trained. Nope no fork. Wow mind blown! Almost like that’s how eat it. Asked for honey, Drive Thru lady scowled back “anything else”, got honey mustard which is NOT honey, Wow mind blown. Not a single napkin either. Pathetic service. Embarrassment to other locations. Go to McDonalds instead.

Ordered spicy chicken though the drive thru, got home and realized the burger was completely cold, my drive wasn't long to get home only driving to downtown. The lettuce Is always disgusting shivelled up pieces and the mayo is a tiny spot. Once ordered extra and the idiots loaded the whole top bun with it it had to be scrapped off. Honeslty, if they can't hire people that are properly trained whats the point of being open anymore.

Unbelievable customer service at Wendy's Summerside. Disrespect from staff.
"I recently visited Wendy's Summerside and unfortunately, the service has gone downhill over the past few years. The cleanliness of the floors and counters is very poor. When I place my order I was told in a extremely rude way to stand over there, it shock me at first because I thougt she must be talking to someone else because of the disrespectful way she was speaking. The employee spoke to me extremely disrespectfully, and when I pointed this out, her response was, 'That's my culture, I speak to people the way I want.' When I brought this to the manager’s attention, he spoke to her of course she denied it that she had said it that way, when I didn't back down from her saying that she said it that way thats when she said it's her culture , but the experience left a very negative impression. I hope they take steps to improve their service and cleanliness."
Always check your order as well you'll always be missing something from your order.
Over price for cold food and terrible customer service. It doesn't matter what culture you come from treat people with respect!

Went around 11:30pm , no line up on drive thru , order2 large fries and requested to make fresh. She asked to wait for 3 three minutes. Turned out only some fries on top of bag were fresh. Very poor quality of food and service.

I am not sure what happened to this location but it is really bad. Son of baconator and bacon deluxe combos were dripping with mayo and ketchup couldn’t eat them because they were drenched in condiments. No ice in machine. Employee didn’t understand English. This isn’t the first time or even second time I’ve been unhappy with the whole experience. I won’t be returning.

Summerside.. My son and I just went shopping fir groceries..we git done and decided to get 2 baconator breakfast meals.. paid at window and they asked me to move up and they would bring it out to me.. pulled... 30 mins later a young girl comes out and says sorry and that they forgot I was there.. no one else came through drive through since we arrived.. and they forgot us... food was very cold.. the hot coffee was well watered down and cold.. it cost me $34 and change for my cold meal.. next time I will go to A&W.. who do I speak to for a refund ..
