Summerside.. My son and I just went shopping fir groceries..we git done and decided to get 2 baconator breakfast meals.. paid at window and they asked me to move up and they would bring it out to me.. pulled... 30 mins later a young girl comes out and says sorry and that they forgot I was there.. no one else came through drive through since we arrived.. and they forgot us... food was very cold.. the hot coffee was well watered down and cold.. it cost me $34 and change for my cold meal.. next time I will go to A&W.. who do I speak to for a refund ..

Tried the new French toast advertised.....rest of the order on the side whilst French toast cooking, so when it arrives main food was cold.....French toast hard, burnt and tasteless.Sorry, not my favorite food by a long long long way.Wendy won't be on my menu again for a long time

You thought Pumpkin Spice was only at Tim Hortons and Starbucks? Well think again.Wendy’s is now enabling these young millennial gals their daily pumpkin spice fixes. I’m personally not a huge fan of the chain myself as I value my health and well-being but it’s always busy and lots like their wares. And I’m giving these guys 5 stars all around because the truth hurts too much and I don’t feel like hurting anyone’s feelings…..today.

I love Wendy's but this location has the worst food and service I got a burnt cold chicken burger with the most wilted lettuce and a tomato that looked like it was on theand the fry container was only filled half way my hubby's wasn't much better almost 40 bucks for garbage food. Eat at Tim

I have never been to a Wendy’s and NOT had a fresh burger…until now. I had a Dave’s single with cheese. The burger was flattened to half the size it normally is and was burnt and dried out. I was shocked that anyone would have served this. I took it back and they replaced it with another one which was better but not to the quality I am used to at Wendy’s. The server did apologize and was nice about it. More quality control is definitely needed at this location. To the owner of this location, this lack of quality reflects back on you so please do better in the future and take some pride in ownership.
