Quirky spot that’s a cross between a convenience store and a cafe. The best part is the homemade ice cream sandwiches made with delicious buttery chocolate chip cookies. The mediocre part is the poutine made with too little shredded mozzarella (not cheese curds) and the overcooked burger. Wish we hadn’t missed breakfast (ends at 11 am) because that looked better! But all-in-all, this was a nice place to stop for a spell on our bike trip and take shelter from the North Cape rainstorm.

Wonderful spot to stop and have a bite to eat! I had fries with the works which was delicious! YOU NEED TO TRY THE ICE CREAM! It’s the best ice cream! I stopped in twice while visiting the Island! Prices are excellent.

Stumbled upon this place and was very pleasantly surprised. We got the chicken straps with fries. It was amazing. It wasn't oily or heavy at all. We had a choice of seating and we sat inside the shack which was full of cute decorations and screened windows for fresh air.

Was very excited to try this place, but very disappointed with the seafood. Thinking we were in a fishing community, we expected fresh seafood. Nope! The two piece fish and chips were fish triangles(store bought type), and the clam burger was strips of batter and very chewy. Very difficult to find the clams. The only positive were the fries. I hope others have a better experience.
