Quirky spot that’s a cross between a convenience store and a cafe. The best part is the homemade ice cream sandwiches made with delicious buttery chocolate chip cookies. The mediocre part is the poutine made with too little shredded mozzarella (not cheese curds) and the overcooked burger. Wish we hadn’t missed breakfast (ends at 11 am) because that looked better! But all-in-all, this was a nice place to stop for a spell on our bike trip and take shelter from the North Cape...
Wonderful spot to stop and have a bite to eat! I had fries with the works which was delicious! YOU NEED TO TRY THE ICE CREAM! It’s the best ice cream! I stopped in twice while visiting the Island! Prices are excellent.
Stumbled upon this place and was very pleasantly surprised. We got the chicken straps with fries. It was amazing. It wasn't oily or heavy at all. We had a choice of seating and we sat inside the shack which was full of cute decorations and screened windows for fresh air.
