I know we went on the off season but was very disappointed. Service ruined it for us. Stood near the register looking for signs of life for over 10 min. Lady that finally helped us was not that friendly or welcoming. It was like we were a inconvenience we were even there. Chocolates were ok and same with the Factory Coffee. Cinnamon roll was gross. Super- super dry and tasteless. Was very disappointed as we heard good things from locals. Would not go back.

Beautiful little family run botique chocolate shop which also has excellent coffee! Friendly customer service and a great little patio by the water. 5/5 would recommend!
Great friendly staff, amazing dark chocolate. I highly recommend this place, both because of the great quality, and the amazing staff. 💝💝

I visited this place in 2024 Aug I stopped at this place it looked really nice until my wife came out and told me it cost 26$ for 2 pieces of chocolate and 2 medium size hot chocolate when my wife questioned the lady she said my wife must have hit TIP. Nothing like that came up on the machine I will never go back to this place or recommend anyone to visit it. Total ripoff !!!!!

I have to give only one star because of the service. The lady at the cash didn't seem to care. We spent around 90 dollars chocolate, and she didn't even tell us the total price (I had to ask for). My wife asked if she could have a bag to put all our items, and she just gave the bag and didn't even bother to put them in.
