The worst Macdonalds ever since it opened!
I never get the order right. The incompetence is very great.
We placed a mobile order and after 20 minutes without anyone showing up, we had to go in and ask what was going on. Ah, here's the order but we don't have the receipt. Was what??? Like this?? If they had the request they just had to see what it was and apologize at the very least! What is the use of the mobile service if we have to enter the restaurant???? We still had to wait another 18 minutes for them to give us our order. Surreal!! I don't know how those who deal with hiring don't see these things.

I placed the order, ordered my food with a mini Oreo mcflurry, the ice cream came with 3 small pieces of Oreo. I went to the counter to complain and the lady says it's like this... That I have to order the extra Oreo, maybe that's the case here, but in no other MacDonald's where I ordered a macflurry did a Sundae come in which I have to pay the extra to get Oreo... Pathetic.
