Well located, parking available in the area, friendly staff. It has the particularity of being on two trams, which makes the atmosphere characteristic.

Very rich and economical. You have to wait a little because there are few operators and they must also serve delivery and takeaway pizzas. But very good.

I grew up going to this place often because of the birthday parties that my classmates and I would have and it's a pretty great place, the workers are very kind and genuinely seem to be happy to talk to you, even though I'm lactose intolerant I love eating their pizzas.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, you can organize a birthday party for your children and the employees are super fun and make the party a whole lot better
Wheelchair accessibility: You can enter the building with no issue if you have a wheelchair, though if you want to get on the carriages you will need help getting up because there's some big steps

I asked to be delivered to the pumps at 8:30 pm and it took more than half an hour for them to deliver it to me. I called there and they told me that they had no one to deliver it.
Poor service, lack of empathy and professionalism.

When we arrived there was no one there. We had to take the menu to the table to choose the pizza, if that piece of papyrus can be called a menu. They showed us a carriage to sit in.As there are 4 of us and a baby, we put the tables together on our own initiative as no one suggested anything. It was brutally cold inside the carriage as we couldn't even take the baby out of the stroller. We had to get up to order. When we ordered the drinks they said we had to take them to the table and take them out of the fridge. When placing the order, the person who served us was rude and didn't mention anything about the children's menu.As we know other telepizzas, we talked about this so we don't end up ordering more pizzas and take advantage of the discount. We went back to the table and looked around and saw webs and spiders. The pizzas didn't come with cutlery or that triangular piece of cardboard that's used for eating.A napkin came for each one.The drinks were from cans and they didn't even ask if we wanted a glass or straw. We had to order some glasses. The pizzas were really bad. They only tasted like tomato and salty raw, it was probably from the sauce.I don't think I've ever had such a bad pizza. In short, I ate, was barely cold and received poor service.Hygiene also left something to be desired. It takes one star because I can't give anything less.

A super nice place with kind service and very good pizzas. Easily could be 5 stars. The selection is great and you can even choose to have cheese filled crust, which is always a good option. You know, cheese. =DThe theme of the restaurant is very cute being in old tram cars. But unfortunately there is one major setback. They don't accept any kind of international cards and there are no ATMs nearby.Needed to walk around 30 minutes to get cash. They helped with directions too what we appreciate. We were hungry and just wanted to have some nice relaxation time, instead we got to work off the dinner in advance. This should be improved.Anyway, fellow travellers, prepare with cash!
Vegetarian options: They also have vegetarian, maybe vegan pizzas as well, which is great.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely family friendly.

I loved eating here for myself the best pizzas in Portugal, the place is super clean and the restaurant inside a traditional tram made me remember the old days as a child when I used the tram to walk around Lisbon.
