We ate at O Tonel three or four times during our stay in the area. Every time it was great, no matter what the "Prato do dia" was... The fish, steak, veal, salads and sides were very tasty and the family wanted to go there even on our last lunch before we left Douro. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone that visits the area.

A entrada se dá por um bar, o que assustou de início. O restaurante sobe alguns degraus. Trata-se de um ambiente rústico. Comida muito ruim e preço alto, dispõe de três opções apenas, e todas com batata chips e arroz. O bacalhau estava extremante salgado. Demos um feedback e o gerente simplesmente disse que era normal. Enfim, não recomendo.
