Top food.
The service is insufficient and lacks attention to the customer.
We waited 15 minutes for the order, and they didn't deliver it to the table.
When we asked why it took so long, they replied that the order had already been placed but they forgot to deliver... ??
The restaurant was empty and the employees were standing at the counter with their arms crossed.
Lack of professionalism.
A few moments ago I went to this restaurant, minutes before passing by BURGUER KING DE SAO MARCOS where I asked if there were any Garfield gifts. The very friendly and helpful employee said that not only those were exposed. There were two repeated ones and what my son wanted was one of those. Ah, in the exhibition there were 2 shelves and one of them was moved and there was only the cat...the MANAGER when asked and looking at a child said NO! Nothing is taken away...no problem,...
25 minutes of waiting and few people ordering... and what was ordered was normal: kids menu(After BK's response to download the app and access exclusive offers)And does the application improve the service?

Kid-friendliness: There's a playground... in a mirror (you should review the settings)
