The service was very good, but unfortunately I don't know what's going on, there are no longer any Brazilians working in the establishment, the carvery is very expensive, it's horrible, no salt, no taste, no variety of meats, and the meats are coming rotten, lost, I ate some meat that was lost there, unfortunately, the meat was stinking, I don't recommend it!!

The worst restaurant I've been to. I had lunch here on a Sunday. It was very hot, the AC wasn't all turned on, just one or the other. It looked like a greenhouse, and with the buffet style we can imagine what the food would be like. I ate out of sympathy for whoever invited me, because I just wanted to escape at 7 feet. The food had no flavor, poor quality and little variety. The singer was good, but the sound was too loud and we had to shout at each other to talk to each other. Too expensive for what it is. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, my last experience at Kasarão Massamá was not the best. The variety and quality of the meat, which should be the restaurant's strong point, left something to be desired. The pieces had little flavor and the selection of cuts was limited. The buffet also left something to be desired, with mediocre and unattractive options.
Despite the disappointment with the food, the service was reasonable. The staff were friendly and attentive, but the delay at times hindered the flow of the meal.
The positive point of Kasarão Massamá is the space, which is spacious, airy and pleasant. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, perfect for large groups or families with children.
In summary, my experience at Kasarão Massamá was disappointing when it came to the food, but the service and ambience somewhat softened the overall assessment.
If you are looking for a steakhouse with quality meat and a varied buffet, this restaurant may not be the best option. However, if you are looking for a large and pleasant space for a family lunch or dinner, Kasarão Massamá could be a good choice.

The food has a lot of fat! for Brazilians and more or less even the rodízio is nothing special, the staff more or less ordered coca cola with ice and lemon, at my table there wasn't even a glass, the waiter brought me a can of coca cola and I was waiting for the blessed ice and lemon that I had ordered 15 minutes ago. At the time, the restaurant was still empty, even if it had been full, I would have even noticed, well, other than that there was ambient music and generous buffets.
I went with high expectations and was disappointed. Cold food, slow service, lots of noise, little variety of dishes... I am not coming back .

They charge customers around €13 for every kg of food wasted.
