I hereby express my indignation and frustration at the regrettable events that occurred during my attempt to order a pizza through the Uber Eats service from the prestigious Pizza Hut (Agualva Cacém store located at Rua de Vale Mourão 2, 2735-345 Sintra) .
What was initially a simple order for a meal turned into a deeply disappointing and unpleasant experience.
Yesterday, hoping to enjoy a comforting meal, I ordered a pizza through the Uber Eats app. However, to my surprise and dismay, the courier assigned to the delivery (Sarah) arrived with an order completely different from what I had requested. Despite promising to resolve the situation, he left me without the order and left, leaving me with only the vague promise that the correct order would be delivered soon.
After this disastrous outcome with the courier, I anxiously waited for contact from Pizza Hut or Uber Eats, hoping that the mistake would be corrected. However, none of the services deigned to contact me. Even after numerous attempts to contact Pizza Hut customer support, I was treated with indifference and disinterest, with no intention of helping me or resolving the situation.
The height of my disappointment occurred when, after a long period of waiting, I received a notification stating that my order had been canceled by the courier, claiming delivery was impossible, which is a blatant lie. To make matters worse, I was charged more than €25 for an order that never reached me, depriving me not only of a meal, but also of the money spent on this disastrous transaction.
Given this scenario, I question how a world-renowned company like Pizza Hut can fail so drastically in its operations, allowing its customers to be treated with such disrespect and neglect.
Furthermore, Uber Eats, a widely used platform, fails to provide adequate support and hold couriers accountable who act dishonestly and irresponsibly.
I vehemently demand a full refund from Uber Eats and the liability of both entities involved, Pizza Hut and Uber Eats, for the failure to deliver my order and the undue charges I suffered. Furthermore, I request a full investigation into this incident to ensure steps are taken to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future, harming other innocent customers.

I hereby present a complaint about the pizza hut in Cacém. I placed my order at 1pm and they said it would take 45 minutes. which I accessed. At 1:58 pm (already late) they indicated that the pizza was leaving the store (which is 2 minutes from my house. I'm not surprised that at 2:20 pm it still hadn't been delivered and they indicated that the driver wasn't answering the call. They left two children and two adults without lunch, as we had unavoidable commitments (we ended up having to have a sandwich at home. This is a shameful attitude on the part of the pizza hut, which isn't the first time they've done this. but on the line they lost a customer. I will ensure that this information is shared, so that no one falls for this type of attitude from the pizza hut again.Compliments

I ordered 2 pizzas plus garlic bread plus cookies at 8:51 pm and at 10:44 pm they still haven't arrived. I called customer support 3 times and nothing was done, nor were they able to establish contact with the store. It's unacceptable. I ended up canceling the order because it's been 2 hours and I live 5 minutes from the store.
The girl who served me was super friendly, helped me at all times and advised me on the ingredients. The pizzas were delicious, the dough was very well made and juicy. Where I live there is no pizza hut and we have been very happy with the service of this pizzeria. Obliged.

Restaurant with the expected appearance of a pizzeria with very good pizzas... ideal for spending time with friends or family...Employees somewhat confused with what to suggest to customers...I said I wanted to eat at the restaurant and it was immediately suggested to buy to take away because "it was cheaper"After forcing my stay and having lunch at the restaurant, I was presented with conditions that seemed normal...Suggestion: leave the promotions confusing and make normal, fixed prices... at least for me, they only win that way because I don't really feel like going to lunch and having to do a math exercise to decide whether to eat at the restaurant or order to take away or what should I eat...

I placed an order through Glovo. They delivered 1 hour later. I paid for a completely cold and hard pork, Nuggets were stone and slices of supreme garlic went in the trash because they were so inedible. If there is no courier, the customer is not to blame. I paid €15 for rubbish.
