If it was just the food I would give it 2 stars, the peperoni pizza was salty and the kebab one just didn't match, I think they tried to turn the kebab into a pizza but it didn't turn out well

Good pizzas, we have 2 hours to eat in the carvery but the pizzas take a long time to arrive, when they arrive they are too hot to eat right away, which takes a while longer.

I reserved a space for a children's party. Bad service.€0.90 a bottle of water for children (200ml). Small sachets of mayonnaise counted separately. We don't even have the right to have napkins on the table. Everything is charged separately. Absurd. One reservation for 11 children aged 5 to 8.

After ordering the pizzas (with delay) we found ourselves eating with an elastic band on the pizza, yes an elastic band. We got in touch and they asked us to show the same and that's how we did it. The lady immediately indicated that they were actually the elastic bands that are used in the company and she was very nervous about wanting to offer something, and imagine what? More pizza. Yes, it's surreal, as if what you crave most at that time is pizza (or rubber bands). I had children who could have had a very bad day, so I'm sharing my experience with you, please don't eat at this place or at this company. I've never been able to eat pizza again at these gentlemen's expense. Disgusting, is the definition. The topic has already been forwarded to ASAE. Refund was 0€.

Employees and their friends at this store have a habit of staying at the door of the establishment when the store closes. The condition of the street of this store has been deteriorating due to these individuals as they throw a lot of rubbish on the floor (boxes, packages and telepizza drinks everywhere) and also make a lot of noise. A complaint to the Agualva-Cacém parish council will be filed by me and several residents of this street as this situation is UNSUSTAINABLE.

I do not recommend Telepizza do Cacém, terrible service, terrible waiting time, I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for the pizzas and only pure dough ingredients almost do not carry the price they ask and for what they contain extremely expensive, not even 3 euros are worth the pizzas. I paid for two pizzas and a Pepsi 32.40 euros. I do not recommend.
