Waited and hour and a half for our lunch.. wasted our afternoon for mediocre food. Do not recommend this place.
Spot is great. Service is excellent. Colors. The drinks are off the chain. Good. Would highly recommend. Was here on a night when music was blasting. Awesome awesome awesome!
My wife and I went here for dinner and Fado, and it was delightful. We tried the duck, eggplant, chickpea stew, and the seafood rice, and they were all incredible. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits Lisbon.

Very good food and pleasant atmosphere. This is a great place to have a little taste of fado and Portuguese cuisine. The staff and the fadistas were very pleasant and accommodating.

Poco is located in a delightful very colourful quarter. Great service, good food. But you go there for the excellent fado songs, live, with impressive guitarists. They have some excellent natural wines. Tables are sooo close to the musicians. A slick concept but with respect for quality and authenticy.

We came here for the Fado with the thought to snack rather than enjoy dinner. The dishes on the menu are mostly sharing/snack sized. We did not have a reservation and were able to get a spot for 6 by showing up early. We chose this venue in part because ordering a prix fix menu was not required & we had several vegetarians in our group. The Fado show is 20 minutes on and then a 20 minute break. Food and drink orders are only taken/delivered during the break. And, since everyone is ordering around the show-- we definitely found it a little tough to get orders in and things to a bit. That said, the food was tasty and we really enjoyed the show. This was the only Fado we took in while Lisbon so I can't really compare it to other options.
Nice restaurant. No exceptional food but absolutely OK. Friendly staff and nice fado, at least for a tourist like me.
Povo (“people”) is a small club on the pink street. There is no cover charge. Typically, there are two instrumentalists, a Portuguese guitar and a Spanish guitar, and one singer. The food it good, but not spectacular. Before the epidemic, they had a great kitchen. They were closed for a long time during the epidemic, and have recently reopened. At this point the food has not caught up with their pre-epidemic standard. Having said that, I will return to Povo next week. The room is under beautiful stone arches. The singer during our recent visit, October 2022, was quite good.
Not good. They are scammers! We made reservation, then cancelled more than 24 hour in advance. They still charged us cancellation fee. Find another place.
Good way to experience Fado! 4 x 10 min sessions, to be enjoyed between traditional and very inexpensive food and wine. Maybe a little too hot inside, but super friendly staff and good atmosphere.
