Horrible, dirty food with hair on the plate, chicken roasted yesterday and served today, dry and hard. Food without seasoning and with burnt scraps from the bottom of the pan.The rice served was completely sour, I asked for an extra salad and I got a few pieces of lettuce with onion, and exactly a quarter of tomato and a splash of carrot, an absurdly small amount of food. I think that because customers don't eat everything because they don't have any quality, they think they are serving too much and reduce the portions without realizing that it's really due to poor quality.And the attendant (perhaps even the manager because she was the one who coordinated the team) treats us with contempt, apparently she is there to do us favors, and not for work. She didn't say good morning, she didn't explain anything about the dishes, and when asked about them, she spoke with extreme ignorance, if there wasn't enough of that already.Terrible attendance! The boys completely unprepared.When closing the command, it still included items that we did not consume.Águeda and beautiful and very touristy, but this restaurant is really a shame for the city.
